Pistons get good news ahead of Celtics matchup
Boston dealing with lengthy injury report
Smart, Tatum, Horford cleared to play
The Detroit Pistons will be without Cade Cunningham on Monday night when they host the Boston Celtics, but they did get some good news on the injury front.
Simone Fontecchio, who has missed the last two games with a right hip injury, is probable to play against the Celtics.
The Celtics, meanwhile, are dealing with a lengthy injury report. Jayson Tatum (left wrist sprain), Marcus Smart (right ankle sprain), Al Horford (right knee soreness), Jaylen Brown (right adductor soreness), Robert Williams III (left ankle sprain), Mike Muscala (right ankle sprain), and Danilo Gallinari (left knee ACL repair) are all listed as questionable.
Smart, Tatum, and Horford have all been removed from Boston's injury report and will be available to play.
The Celtics are coming off a 115-104 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday night. The Pistons lost to the Brooklyn Nets 124-121 on Friday night.
